A channel rotary knob allows for quick channel selection, while the large, widely spaced buttons provide fast access to all key functions. A dedicated Channel 16 key allows instant access to the emergency channel, available on both the front panel of the radio and the four-button microphone.
DSC Class D compliance allows for automatic distress calling, including position when connected to a compatible GPS receiver.
Scans between the current channel, emergency channel 16, and a configurable priority channel (for non-US models). For US models, scans between the current channel and emergency channels 16 and 9.
The Link-6S is designed for global use and supports all international channels, including USA and Canada.
Select your favorite channels for quick and easy access. Press and hold the channel knob to enter My Channels mode, where you can cycle through your favorite channels using only the rotary channel knob.
Scans through all available channels or only selected favorite channels. In any scan mode, the emergency channel can be given priority to reduce the chance of missing emergency calls or urgent safety messages.
A supplied gimbal bracket allows for desktop, high-mount, or wall-mount installation. Flush mount is also supported with an easy front-mount solution.
