Thuraya SIM Card - Pre-Paid

Pre-Paid Top-Up Options:

1. STANDARD PRE-PAID
   • Validity: 30 days
   • Initial credit: 10 units
   • Fixed rates across the entire Thuraya coverage
2. NOVA PRE-PAID
   • Validity: 30 days
   • Initial credit: 10 units
   • Rates vary depending on the location of the call (See Thuraya NOVA zones for more details).
3. BACKUP PRE-PAID
   • Validity: 5 years
   • Initial credit: 10 units
   • Fixed rates across the entire Thuraya coverage

Call Rates (Back Up SIM Card)

• Validity: 5 years
• Included credit: 10 units

Terms & Conditions (Thuraya Backup SIM)

1. First call must be made within 12 months.
2. If no calls are made within 12 months from the activation date, the SIM will go into inactive status and a monthly charge of $19 will be deducted until a call is made.
3. Validity Period:5 years since the first call.
4. Renewal fee:$120 (120 units automatically deducted from balance on renewal date).
5. If the balance is less than $120 at the time of renewal, the account will move to the 90-day grace period (calls still received).
6. If the account is topped up during the grace period, the current balance will be restored.
7. If not topped up during the grace period, the account will be cancelled and the phone number will be lost.
8. View list of countries in Band 1 and Band 2.
9. Minimum charging increment:1 minute/call.
