The HX400 is equipped with a 2400mAh Lithium-Ion battery, allowing for approximately 17 hours of continuous use. Charging time for this large 2.4A battery pack is also not a concern thanks to the included 3-hour rapid charger.

Marine And Land Mobile Channels
The HX400 is pre-programmed with USA, Canada, International Marine channels and NOAA Weather channels. Additionally, the unit can be programmed with an additional 40 Land Mobile Radio channels (137-174 MHz) with CTCSS or DCS signals via a Standard Horizon dealer.Note: These channels require a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license.
Integrated Noise Cancelling Microphone and Voice Scrambler
The HX400 surpasses all expectations for voice transmission quality in loud and windy environments thanks to its integrated noise-cancelling microphone.
