• Thuraya pre-paid airtime is compatible with the first generation Thuraya/Hughes handsets, like SO2510, SG2520 and 71XX.
• However, we observed an issue concerning outgoing and incoming calls via mobile carriers that we are unable to assist or refund the purchased airtime.

• The first call must be made within 12 months from the activation date.
  • Otherwise, the SIM will be suspended and charged $19 monthly from the balance until a call is made.
• NOVA SIM is initially valid for 30 days from the first call.
• Annual renewal fee: $39 (equivalent to 39 units auto deducted on renewal date).If the account balance is below 39 units at the time of renewal, the account will be converted to a 12-month grace period (incoming calls are still allowed).
  • Should there be any top-up during the grace period, the remaining balance will be reinstated.If there is no top-up during the grace period, the SIM will be deactivated and the number will be forfeited.Inactive Fee:

  • If there is no top-up during the grace period, the SIM will be deactivated and the number will be forfeited.
• Inactive Fee:If your SIM has been inactive for more than 12 months (no calls), a fee of $19 will be deducted. If your balance is less than $19, the entire balance will be deducted.
• Minimum charging duration:Charging per minute and subsequent minutes.

• Although Thuraya SIM cards are compatible with older Hughes phone models such as 7100/7101, these devices are discontinued and we do not provide technical support once the SIM is activated.
