NOTE: We are currently only able to add usage time to existing customer SIM cards. We are no longer able to process any new activations or send out new FleetBroadband SIM cards.

FleetBroadband Prepaid Plan for Small Vessels
This prepaid plan is suitable for light usage on the FleetBroadband system. Users will be charged a subscription fee, and this fee will be automatically deducted from the SIM card weekly.FleetBroadband Plan Features:
- From £5.25 excl. VAT per MB
- All top-up vouchers have a 60-day expiry
- No contract or direct debit required
- Cannot be used as a backup for VSAT systems or on vessels over 300 GWT.
- Streaming services are not available on this plan.
- A weekly charge of 14 units will be deducted from the SIM card balance at 00:01 UTC every Sunday for the following week.
- Once activated, a SIM card will be supplied with 14 units to cover the first week (full 14 units will be deducted regardless of which day of the week it is activated).
- If the SIM card has less than 14 units on Sunday at 00:01 UTC, the weekly charge will be suspended, but the balance will remain available for use until the SIM card is topped up or the prepaid balance expires.
- If the SIM card’s weekly charge has been suspended and a top-up is made, the weekly charge for the current week will be prorated (2 units per day, including the day of the top-up). For example, if the SIM card has 0 units and is topped up with 60 units on a Wednesday, 8 units will be deducted immediately for this week’s "weekly charge".
- Expiry date will be extended based on the top-up voucher date.
