With its dual-mode BGAN and cellular capabilities, the Cobham EXPLORER 540 is the world's first and only Inmarsat device of its kind. It provides critical monitoring and control applications with 'always-on' connectivity, while allowing users to choose the best network provider depending on their location. The EXPLORER 540 can perform well even in the harshest conditions and most remote environments. With its water and dust resistance, the device is IP66 rated with a rugged enclosure and comes with a pole mount bracket for enhanced higher mounting opportunities. Setup is simple and operation is even easier, with remote device management via SMS.
Seamlessly switch between BGAN and cellular networks with the EXPLORER 540. This flexibility is coupled with the provision of reliable global two-way IP data services, making it ideal for organisations seeking M2M solutions such as SCADA, asset tracking or real-time data acquisition.
